Concord Museum can now be made into a settlement

- Donations
1 there is no settlement marker i used the existing map marker for the museum
2 the quest is still intact
3 i believe i have gotten all the bugs fixed
4 i am excited to see what you can do with the space
Be warned it takes a bit of time for anyone to show up but they do lol

P.S Left a few goodies in the workshop to get you started
P.S.S version 2.1 is now available it fixes the missing roof pieces some over lapping and shimmering
P.S.S.S Version 2.2 is now up for those having issues with the walls and floors
P.S.S.S Version 3.0 regenerated the precombs and the previs to try and help those with invisible walls
