Keeps the player from huffing and puffing when they sprint.

Received a nice request for this mod. I wasn't sure which sounds were specifically for when the PC is out of action points and which are just heavy breathing while sprinting, but I decided to silence it all anyway.
So, this mod will remove all heavy breathing that the player does while sprinting and after they run out of AP while sprinting. It does not affect gameplay in any way, this is purely an audio mod.
To install, extract the file and place the Data folder in your Fallout4 installation. For me, that's located at:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout 4\
Also, edit your Fallout4.ini file found in \Documents\My Games\Fallout4\
Find sResourceDataDirsFinal and set it to:
sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\, TEXTURES\, MUSIC\, SOUND\, INTERFACE\, MESHES\, PROGRAMS\, MATERIALS\, LODSETTINGS\, VIS\, MISC\, SCRIPTS\, SHADERSFX\
