Adds the Deliverer to Tinker Tom's death list so that you can get it even if you destroy the Railroad.
Not compatible with mods that adjust Tinker Tom or Leveled List LL_Deliverer
Tested, but forgot to take a screenshot of the Deliverer in Tom's inventory after I destroyed the Railroad playing a BoS playthrough. I'll add that as soon as I can.
