This mod is an edit of joweliscute's mod which I absoluely love. The issue I had with it however is it was way too quiet. Now I've bumped the volume +60%! It uses the sound effect for leveling up a dweller in Fallout Shelter in place of the vanilla Fallout 4 level up sound effect. Should be loud enough to sound like its coming from the Pipboy.
