I really like the Cryolator but always found no use for it because of the rarity of CryoCells (and the cost is pretty steap as well). So i decided to give the coolest Unique in the game (in my opinion) more functionality. This time i took a different approach though and removed all the functionality from the weapon itself and add it to the Barrels

So i decided to give the coolest Unique in the game (in my opinion) more functionality. This time i took a different approach though and removed all the functionality from the weapon itself and add it to the LongBarrels: Firstly i took off the Automatic Reveiver and added it to the original Cryo Short and LongBarrels. Then i created a Fusion and Plasma LongBarrel operating single shot with a explosive grenade like effect for each. So each Barrel effectively changes out the ammo, Projectile and Effect giving the Cryolator amazing functionality through an entire playthrough start to finish. (The weapon itself has been heavily altered, if that is not to your liking... I understand!). I hope that it will be of interest to those looking for something Unique yet retaining that Vanilla look and feel.
