Fixes a glitch I found in this otherwise quality mod where it incorrectly spawns settlers rather than Super Mutant Suiciders that also function as settlers

Main Feature
North Point Park is a small high-quality settlement mod
with one single glitch I found and couldn't ignore.
The recruitment radio beacon would incorrectly spawn settlers
rather than Super Mutant Suiciders that also function as settlers
These Super Mutants have both full settler functionality; guarding, farming, shopkeeping, doctoring, provisioning
And suicider functionality
They will explode and kill themselves at the first sign of danger
I believe I have restored intended functionality

Can be uninstalled midgame
Can be installed midgame
