I've always like the sound and feel of the Pipe Weapons but prefered the look of the 10mm Pistol (So i thought why not convert it into a cool Hunting/AntiMaterial-Rife). Take any Pipe Gun or Rifle to a Weapon Bench with some components and Presto, you have a neat little custom rifle. I still wanted it to be somewhat balanced for an extremely hard playthrough. I hope it is useful to anyone looking for something different yet still very Vanilla.
