This should fix the save bug from Overlay Framework.
Keep in mind that this fix is only for Overlay Framework.
Installation:
0. Make a backup from your savefile before testing the fix. (https://help.bethesda.net/#en/answer/33403)
1. Download the file manual.
2. Navigate to your Fallout 4 Data folder. (steamapps\common\Fallout 4\Data)
3. Open the Overlay Framework Fix file.
4. Drag and drop the Scripts folder from the Overlay Framework Fix file into your Fallout 4 Data folder.
Uninstall:
1. Navigate to steamapps\common\Fallout 4\Data\Scripts\Fallout\Overlays and delete the Menu.pex file
2. Navigate to steamapps\common\Fallout 4\Data\Scripts\Source\User\Fallout\Overlays and delete the Menu.psc file
