Adds the Reverse Engineered Pulse Accelerator (R.E.P.A) to the game. The R.E.P.A can be found inside the Institute Advanced Systems on a table right next to the shooting range, through a script created by DankRafft the R.E.P.A can also be found on legendary enemies.
The stats of the R.E.P.A are slightly higher than those of the plasma rifle but the ammo is more expensive. The ammo can be crafted at the chemistry station after completing the quest "Institutionalized" .
