Institute Overhaul
This mod makes the Institute a convenient faction to join and generally more of a threat and the coursers are as powerful as everyone claims
CONNECTED WORBENCHES IN THE INSTITUTE:
- All workbenches are available at the Institute Concourse area, just a few meters from where the player is fast travel spot
- The workbenches are connected to each other so you can store resources and items in them and work from each of them as needed
DEADLY COURSERS:
- The coursers leveled list is now de-leveled to the strongest vanilla courser variant
STRONGER KELLOG:
- Kellogg has the same stats as Synth Eradicator & does x2.5 damage
BETTER EQUIPPED SYNTHS:
- Institute Personnel carry Institute Laser and always with leveled vanilla capacitors instead of just the standard one
