Converts the MIRV Launcher to teleport in Yai Gui's instead of nukes.

Converts the MIRV Launcher to teleport in Yai Gui's instead of nukes.
v0.1 is a straight replacer for the MIRV (technically the MIRV's explosion), so is very unlikely to have any conflicts.
v0.2 adds the Bear Launcher as a separate mod, so will conflict with anything that changes the fat man.

To Install:
Copy the file to Fallout 4\Data.
Add the name of the file (BearLauncher.esp) to "%LOCALAPPDATA%\Fallout4\plugins.txt"
Should also work with NMM, although I haven't tested it myself. Let me know how it goes.
