Well that was a loooong time coming. But it's fully vanilla (+DLC).

So... It's been some time scince minutemen took the castle and established new sanctuarry. They are quite a power now. But even a faction as large and as mighty as the Minutemen can't look after every citizen, unfortunately not everything is smooth inside the walls. Sanctuarry is a welcoming city on the first sight buth who knows what kind of secrets you can uncover while exploringh it?
