Like many of you I really love Horizon. It's almost the only way I can still enjoy Fallout 4 these days and Zaw has done incredible work making one of, if not the BEST mod ever made. 1.9 brings a bunch of changes to the table and one big thing...... junk being changed. I love collecting junk in Fallout and I feel like this change is a bad one. Basically I have reverted the changes to some items that doesn't allow the player to loot them and I have taken the "Trash" component item out of every junk item. I made sure to try keeping everything to the balance of Horizon but of course with patches like this you have to take a few liberty's. I made folders actually useful as they now scrap into 1 Packing Material. I made the Skull of Shem Drowne a "Collectable" item so it can no longer be scrapped as I felt it's a special item and there's honestly plenty of bone everywhere. I also added component tags to some items that didn't have them in 1.9, most notably the new Teddy Bears.
