About this mod
Buff Local Leader rank 2, so now you get double EXP from persuading and discovering new places. The objective of this mod is to make it worth to pick Local Leader for players who remove (with mods) it's requirement to build stores and crafting stations on workshops. But it can be used by everyone, since this mod only add more effects to the perk.

As the overview says, the rank 2 of the perk now functions the same as piper's perk, double exp from charisma checks and new locations.
I made two versions, the only difference is the description, one keeps the vanilla and adds some text to match the buffs, and the other Keeps just the text i added to describe the buffs, so:
The Version 1 is for people who don't use any mod to remove workshop requirements and Local Leader is still needed to build crafting stations and stores.
Version 2 is for people who use mods to remove the requirement of perks to build stores and crafting stations like this one i made. (The description of rank 2 will tell only about the buffs)
