I love character creation and this is one of hopefully many Faces you can use in your game.
I used alot of the features, even moles and freckles at 5% oppacity. An APB character designer once gave an advice, that it looks really good to use everything on a subtle level to add texture to the face or skin, instead of leaving it to the facial texture alone.
I also added quite a few subtle scars and other damages at around 10-20% oppacity, to add texture and to make her look battleproof. Her overall facial expression should convey a feeling of hate towards the badguys and that she slipped into a heavy psycho addiction (similar to Cait) which cannot be cured with the regular methods.
I've spent around 2 hours for her appearance and was going for a mix of Harley Quinn and Jeanette Voerman, hence the name. Anyways hope you like
her and please write some feedback what you like and dislike. I follow the tradition from creating sims on modthesims, what you see is final, i don't do requests for changes, it's very easy do to em yourself ingame, if you dislike something. I see these uploads as base for you to work with or use straight away.
Im not too good with backstories: But the overall premise i had in mind was: Time after Vault exit didnt go too well, lots of hairy battles (scars and blemishes) and an uncureable psycho additcion to cope with the wasteland.
My main ressource was FACE RIPPER ( http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/3878/? ), where it's also explained how to transfer the face to your own savegame. At first i thought, it's a hassle, but in reality it's easy peasy.
and i used STARLIGHT EYES ( http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/6213/? )
The savegame in the package is one of the starter savegames with my creation on top, make up seems to dissapear. 1) console > slm 14 ") target neck pick color 3) hover over a different color until makeup reappears 4) DONE!
If interest is high enough i will compile some companion plugins for ya.
