You may need to start a new game for the outfits to appear for already existing Children of Atom (or just use the resurrect command). Newly spawned CoA should work as intended.
- Children of Atom wear various Call of Duty OpFor attire (Applies to all NPCs that use "ChildrenOfAtomOutfit")
- The CoA's OpFor attire can utilize ballistic weave except the gloves
- ESL-flagged ESP file; so you can change where you want it in your load order without it counting towards your ESP plugin limit
