About this mod
Frozen city is my first fallout 4 mod. This mod was made in a few hours just to have a little area north of the commonwealth to explore.

Frozen city is a dead city on the border of the US and Canada, this mod is meant to be played with the winter overhaul mod and if it isn't it will look very gross.
The entrance to the city is a hatch to the north side of vault 111 near one of the trailers. See images.
The few people in the mod were meant to have dialogue but I cannot fix the flowchart.dll error for the life of me.
This mod will probably not be updated to often due to working on a bigger project.
This is also my first fallout 4 mod and a new lands mod at that it was a bit of a learning curve compared to the older g.e.c.k. and tes construction kit.
Version 1.1 : Move Hatch location near the northern fence next to the trailer see photos.
Version 1.2 : Mod recently cleaned with xEdit. New file set as main you can also download the "dirty" version if you want to clean yourself.
