Added a recipe at the chem lab, under Utility to convert the YOUR SPECIAL book to a non scripted one, THIS IS PERMANENT, IF YOU UNINSTALL THE MOD YOU WILL LOOSE THE DUMMY BOOK. On the plus side the bug where picking the book from the rack will no longer proc the SPECIAL menu.

updated the file for compatibility with scrap that misc, no new dependencies added I just added a component to the burned items so that scrapping mods have a result to work from. Also added folders to note racks.
Tried to add holotapes but Holotapes don't allow the use of keywords.
