Description
This stand-alone mod overhauls the already amazing NCR Veteran Ranger armor from ToastyFresh to better fit the Gunslinger Fantasy of the NCR Veteran Ranger and get a little bit closer to the original design as seen in Fallout: New Vegas. Has stats suited to mid-to-late game characters.
New Features
Overhauled Model
- Coat is now sleeker and more open to the front
- Pants resemble the ones seen in F:NV more
- Shoes are more reminiscent of the boots seen in F:NV
Overhauled Textures
- Enhanced textures courtesy of Balebandr0
- Added a little more grit and wear to make the Outfit look more dynamic
- Coloring has been altered a little to resemble them as seen in F:NV more.
Two Versions
- "NCR Ranger Combat Armor (PIP BOY)" for people who use the standard Pip-Boy
- "NCR Ranger Combat Armor" for those who play with a Pip-Boy replacer (e.g. Pip-Boy 2000, Pip-Pad) which restores the bracer on the left arm (Seen in screenshots)
1.3 Added the option to add Ballistic Weave to both the armor and the helmet.
How to get it
Can be found in a lazily placed chest in Nick Valentine's office (Master level lock, both versions) or on a lazily placed table in Fallon's department store (non-pip boy version).
