While setting up a custom extra limb damage effect to a mod-added melee weapon, I discovered that the vanilla melee weapon mods with the "Chance to cripple" and "Extra limb damage" effects only have keywords added to them but not the perk that those keywords are attached to, meaning that the intended effects don't actually work. This mod adds a new enchantment that applies a new magic effect that then applies the existing vanilla perks when a weapon with the mod attached is equipped.
