I'm remaking my creation club fixes mod series starting with the modular military backpack.
What does this mod do?
It will not give the backpack at the beginning of the game.
You will have to earn your attachments because I added perk requirements.
It will spawn in vendors' inventory.
You can now add armor to it. (No display changes)
