The Raiders' voices were changed with the original mod so make sure you uninstall your other Raider Voice replacers if you have any, then go to Data->Sound->Voice->Fallout4.esm, then delete the "RaiderFemale01", "RaiderMale01", and "RaiderMale02" folders for the Raiders' voices to be back to normal.
You may need to start a new game for the outfits to appear for already existing Trappers (or just use the resurrect command on them). Newly spawned Trappers should appear as intended.

Read the description of 'Elite Infiltration' as it does a lot regarding Elites that much of it is carried over to the Trappers

- Trappers wear unlootable Elite outfits
- Cleaned the original/master ESP file to remove edits to Raiders
- (Optional) Covenant weapons replace the Trapper weapon lists
- ESL-flagged ESP file; so you can change where you want in your load order without it counting towards your ESP plugin limit
