I need some serious testing before I do anything else with this, like potentially replacing the BoS PA with the Elite PA one (which is done in the same way as the Gears of War one; same author)
The Raiders' voices were changed with the original mod so make sure you uninstall your other Raider Voice replacers if you have any, then go to Data->Sound->Voice->Fallout4.esm, then delete the "RaiderFemale01", "RaiderMale01", and "RaiderMale02" folders for the Raiders' voices to be back to normal.
You may need to start a new game for the outfits to appear for already existing BoS members (or just use the resurrect command on them). Newly spawned BoS members should appear as intended.

Read the description of 'Elite Infiltration' as it does a lot regarding Elites that much of it is carried over to the BoS

- Various Brotherhood members wear unlootable Elite outfits (except Danse & the Squires)
- Cleaned the original/master ESP file to remove edits to Raiders
- Various Covenant weapons incorporated into the BoS weapon lists
- ESL-flagged ESP file; so you can change where you want in your load order without it counting towards your ESP plugin limit
