Set your SPECIAL stats to 11

It's just a file. Drop it on data or use some mod manager.
- Versions
1.0 - Set all your stats to 11. You can quit the mod after the game was saved, it only act once per character.
-Know issues
1.0 - New Game Screen shows -49. It works fine as well, it is only visual.
