Tabbard, trousers, & heels come to getter with lite and dark versions.
DX told me doing both skyrim and fallout causes brain damage. He was right.

You can craft the Outfit at the chemistry station under Demon Hunter

Must Have:
Caliente's Beautiful Bodies Enhancer -CBBE-
Fallout 4 High Heels System that will raise your character a few cm to precisely align the bottom of the shoes to the ground but it works fine without it as well.(meaning you will still be able to run the mod, but your feet will be mostly underground)

If you already have all the Requirements.
Install this armor using Vortex or Mod Organizer 2
or
maybe you can just use the manual method,
by extracting all the files in the Main File
into Fallout4 / Data
after that,
> Open Bodyslide
> Check Build Morph
> Hit batch build!
> You will see the list a small list. 1
> Hit Build
> Enjoy
