Added Toilet Paper holder to the Institute Toilet for a better experience.

Imported the both InstituteToilet.nif and PlayerHouse_BathroomDispenser01.nif into Outfit Studio. Shift selected both PlayerHouse_BathroomDispenser01:22 and PlayerHouse_BathroomDispenser01:80, rotated them 90 degrees and moved them to the right. Exported it and saved the file to replace the original InstituteToilet.nif.
NOTE: You could use the nif from Immersive Toilet Paper, to get the toilet paper to face the other direction, but the texture of the extruding toilet paper has a darker shade and does not match the rest of the roll. Not enough experience to do it, someone else can do it.
- Download Institute Toilet For Settlements and overwrite or replace it's mesh file with the one here.
