this is a simple Balanced Starter kit themed for a soldier, it can be found under the Bridge on the way to Sanctuary.
Update v1.2 completely remade the mod and moved the starter kit under the bridge on the way to sanctuary.
Update v1.1 added Army fatigues and army helmet, please let me know if there is any issues with the update.

-Army helmet
Manual install - drop the SoldierStarter.esp in Steam/Steamapps/Common/Fallout4/Data and then enable the esp.
This is my first Mod, so if there is any issues please let me know.
If you have any Starter/kit requests please let me know.
Note ~ the combat armor and rifle are somewhat random so the Combat rifle could have different modifications same with the armor.
