Special Thanks to GlitchFinder for the feedback. Several issues have been resolved:
- No more deleted NavMesh (Unsure how I managed it in the first place).
- All deleted objects properly disabled with Fo4 edit (again, I swear I did that the first time).
- Previs has been improved, however still covers a wide area and may lead to incompatibilities.
- NavMesh precuts have been implemented in the courtyard and cafe. the house half in the build zone hasn't been touched.
- Proper Keywords have been added to Boss Enemy.

Overview: Having made settlements and other mods with others assets, I had always cut corners (not packaged this, not regenerated that); So this is my first attempt to make a settlement from scratch. I've chose Natick Banks as it is a small area and was easy to work with for my first attempt. There are a few other mods out there that make the same area into a settlement; however, these are arguably less polished. I disabled most of the trash, improved the nav-mesh, and regenerated pre-combines and vis for them.
Known Issues: - There is no workshop boarder. I didn't feel the need, given how unessential they are, and most people should be using place everywhere anyway. - While there is partial functionality out of the bag, full functionality requires a completely new save. This appears to be a drawback of the tutorial I followed, found here (Fallout 4 Custom Settlement Tutorial at Fallout 4 Nexus - Mods and community (nexusmods.com)). - Additionally, this will be incompatible with any mods that edit the cells in the immediate area. Feel free to patch away if anyone actually even wants to use this.
As this is my first mod release, all constructive criticism is welcome. I plan on making a few more releases over the coming days.
