About this mod
Comes in two versions. V1.0 adds 7 more SPECIAL points to distribute on the spec screen, making it 28. Now you can start the game with 5 in every skill or however else you wish to distribute the points. V1.1 is the classic version, allowing you to allocate 33 points.

- Permissions and credits
As the title says, this mod gives more points on the SPECIAL screen (e.g., the vault-tec registration form, respec before leaving Vault 111, etc.).
V1.0 increases the available points to 28, meaning you can start off with everything at 5, or perhaps make five stats 3 and have the other two at 10, etc.
V1.1 offers 33 points, much like the older Fallout games. With this, you can put six stats at 5, and have the other at 10.
Install manually or with a mod manager.
