About this mod
Clean Nuka-World up and restore it to full working order.

The eventual aim of this mod is to restore Nuka-World to a fully-functioning amusement park, regardless of your choices in the main Nuka Questline, including employees, visitors, income, workshop areas, several radio stations, and possibly a questline of its own. It should be fine to install whenever you like, but perhaps wait until power is restored for immersion reasons. Install manually or with your choice of mod manager as with any other mod, and bear in mind that I'm new to modding, so any/all thoughts, criticisms and advice is welcome!

TLDR: New stuff coming soon, old stuff may be changed.
Progress has been slow since I last uploaded, and for several months I was too busy to spend any time on this project at all. That being said, I've picked it back up and have some big ideas in the works for the Galactic Zone. I'll leave the rest of this page untouched for the moment but expect some changes in direction - I'm reexamining all my ideas with fresh eyes, so some of them may be on the chopping block, and some of my files got corrupted on a dodgy hard drive and need to be remade from scratch. Note: I absolutely haven't given up any plans of restoring all of Nuka World to its Pre-war glory - Dry Rock Gulch is probably next, but that's not locked in until I actually start working on it.

- Trash Collection: removed the physical rubbish & debris.
- Sweeping Up: removed the 2D bloodstains, explosion marks, & dirt patches
- Fresh Wallpapers: re-did all the walls to be clean & smooth.

- Furniture Fix-Up: repaired damaged furniture and generally straightened the place up.
- Scaffolding Adjustments: repainted and straightened the scaffolding in the employees-only area above the theater.
- Movie Night: messed around with the scripting to make the movie stay on after the star core is removed, made the cinema seats sittable so people can actually watch the movie.
- Companion Comments: changed the comment markers so that where your companion would normally complain about the mess/smell, they should now think it clean/bright.
- Navmesh Edits: went through and manually fixed the navmesh so it fits the new area, rather than the old messy one (may not be perfect since I did it by hand, let me know if you spot any mistakes).
- Exterior Updates: fixed the rest of the railings and the navmesh throughout the Galactic Zone's exterior. I'm mostly done with the exterior now so don't expect changes unless they're specifically requested).
Planned Future Content
0.2, 0.3, 0.4 - Galactic Zone Attractions
- This update will focus on cleaning the interior attraction areas throughout the Galactic Zone, in a similar manner to the Theater. The plan is to do them in anti-clockwise order (BattleZone, Nuka-Galaxy, Among the Stars).
- This update will add a new interior area underneath the Galactic Zone, accessible via several elevators. Expect several resturants/bars, somewhere to sleep, and other such commodities.
- Expect all 5 parks to recieve similar treatment to the Galactic Zone, starting with Dry Rock Gulch. I plan to make them all workshop areas, and have custom radio stations that will act as recruitment beacons. Eventually, the mod will be a full standalone questline including an NPC mouthpiece (functionally similar to Shank) who will have you restore each zone and facilitate different business models you may want to persue. I also intend to implement paying visitors to each park, and perhaps you'll be able to hire them with a speech check.
Known Issues
Flickering
- Several assets 'flicker' in and out based on the player's position. I have no clue what causes this so don't expect a fix anytime soon.
The sign I added near the Galactic Zone's entrance seems to be permanently off. As far as I can tell, it should be working perfectly, so let me know if you have any pertinent info.
- There are some 'cracks' where the textures of the giant bottles are invisible. This is because the textures I used are stretched wierdly around a model they weren't designed for - fixing this would mean custom-making my own textures and frankly, I can't be bothered.
- There's one protectron in the Theater that absolutely will not stop shooting a trader's corpse. I could probably fix this, but I find it pretty funny so I haven't yet. If it's a big problem for you, either kill the robot or leave an angry message on the mod page. I'll fix it if that's what the people demand.
