Get rewards from settlements by clearing out nearby locations

This simple mod makes it so when you clean out a location (such as a raider location for example), a courier from The Courier Framework will come to you and deliver a letter alongside some supplies.
This mod takes into consideration the Graygarden location, e.g. if the NPC that sends you a note is a robot, then the message you receive will be a holotape and not a written note. The mod will pick the closest location from the area you cleared out. If you cleared the Corvega Assembly Plant, then the mod will pick Graygarden as the settlement that sends you your reward, if you cleared a location near Diamond City then someone from Diamond City will send you a little something, etc. You will not receive a reward if there is nobody in the settlement (at least one unique NPC must be present there).
Settlements from mods are taken into consideration too.
Rewards are: caps, meds, and/or ammo from vanilla leveled lists.
There is a random cooldown of 3 to 5 days between rewards, so you will not get spammed by letters if you clear dungeons one after another.
