Due to changed files' names, ZW mod is not currently supported. To use BetterTitanium with ZW, you have to change my mod's name (after installation via NMM) manually. To do so, please follow instruction provided by user mandboy97 in comment section. BetterTitanium will be updated in the coming days.

Installation:
standard version: download via NMM and start the installer.
ZW version: the same; be sure my mod loads AFTER ZephyrWarrior's PA Overhaul (check in plugins.txt if it's below)

English version:
I do believe the vanilla titanium plating is a multiplayer to level-0 power armor. Because of that, its already low 10% of additional armour health makes it useless (X-01 level VI Arm - 215 hp without titanium plating, 229 with titanium plating) for perk requirement and its cost. Here comes a mod I made. Now you can choose how good titanium plating should be.

You can change the basic 10% more health into:
1. 20%
2. 30%
3. 40%
4. 50%
5. 60%
6. 70%
7. 80%
9. 90%
10. 100%
11. 200%

Installation:
1. Select only 1 .esp file
2. Copy selected .esp into Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout 4\Data folder
3. Go to \Users\your_user\Documents\My Games\Fallout4 folder. Edit Fallout4Prefs.ini: below [Launcher] add this line: bEnableFileSelection=1
4. Set Fallout4Prefs.ini as 'read-only'
5. Go to \Users\your_user\AppData\Local\Fallout4 folder. Edit plugins.txt. Add the name of selected .esp file below Fallout4.esm, e.g.:

# This file is used by Fallout4 to keep track of your downloaded content.
# Please do not modify this file.
Fallout4.esm
BetterTitanium70.esp

6. Set plugins.txt as 'read-only'
