Just a simple colour change. Works with clean power armor hud.

Follow the NMM instructions.
You HAVE TO do the ini tweaks otherwise the non-hud ui and markers will stay amber.
PIPBOY too bright? Lower the ini values to .7,

Also change

in fallout4.ini
