A few notable weapon mods, such as the paint for the Handmade Rifle, Sledgehammer, and Board, as well as special "weighted" paints for the Baseball bat, and the Bladed Bull barrel for the .44 are all kept hidden until the player gets to a certain stage in the first quest of the Nuka World DLC. While these mods do relate to the factions from the DLC, I thought it was useful to unlock these from the start of the game.
Should be compatible with basically everything, unless they specifically touch the recipes for these weapon mods. Whichever mod loads last will be the one to affect the recipe, so if there is a conflict some changes won't be carried forward or the mod will not be unlocked from the start of the game. It should be fairly simple to patch.
