Institute EM Sniper Rifle/DMR
Adds a new nifbashed 2mmEC sniper rifle to the game, can be crafted at chem bench (will be doing leveled list once done full weapon pack)
Uses vanilla textures so most institute retexters and CC/mod Materials will work fine for the most part.
Ambidexstrus bolt so will work with right handed combat rifle animation.
