This mod converts the YK42B reborn mod by GloriousWarrior to use Munitions - Ammo Expansion Pack's Electron Charge Pack instead of Microfusion Cells. The Mustard Battery is now being replaced with this nice Ketchup one (I replaced the model on the weapon so that it pertains to the ECP).

This mod was made per request by alexo2008.

I find that pulse weapons using microfusion cells doesn't really make that much sense. These should be electronic pulses, not laser pulses (if that's even a thing...I'm a designer, not a scientist for Pete's sake). Electron Charge Packs (the superior ammunition choice) just makes sense for a weapon like this because of its use of charges rather than being cells. I think a weapon like this should be able to use ammunition that isn't necessarily as common as microfusion cells because truth be told, the YK42B is a beast of a weapon already.

Let's be honest—energy weapons in vanilla Fallout 4 are severely lacking in ammunition variation compared to their ballistic counterparts. This is the third of my Electron Charge Pack Extended mod in the works, which will give us a matching level list amount of electron charge packs to work with all Institute weapons and some patches for modded weapons! They are also found in stores as well as on any enemy that carries this bad boy.
