Are you slow or something? Sony doesn't allow mods that use outside resources. Basically, if it isn't cobbled together using stuff that already exists in the base game, it's not going to be available on PS4.
Are you sure you're not just drunk? It sounds like you're suffering from the reverse beer goggles effect, because that helmet is BEAUTIFUL. I mean, either that or you're a moron with horrible taste.
Been using this mod since it first came out as my army fatigue retexture. STILL the best one on the nexus to this day. I've also spliced it with a few other mods to give it my personal touch, and it is just gorgeous.
I love this mod! It makes the fatigues look so much better, which in turn makes it more fun to roleplay as the general of the minutemen. I use some mods (for example: Militarized Minutemen) to revamp them and make them feel like a legitimate and formidable fighting force. I commend you on a job well done, and thank you for the work you put into this! I installed the wasteland commando, but it doesn't seem to affect the dirty army fatigues, causing them to still show as the vanilla textures. As I looked in the texture files, the dirty variant of the fatigues is missing, having files only for the lean variant, the helmets, however, have texture files for bolth the clean and dirty variants, causing it to show correctly. I just downloaded it.
