About this mod:
You can recruit Evan, Nuka-World friendliest character as settler. Also, once he becomes recruitable, Evan's Home gets unlocked as a ("full") settlement. Starting Happiness is 100.
Notes: the mod only affects Evan and the area around his home so there shouldn't be any conlicts. His trailer is not scrappable (reason: making it scrappable would require disabling, then recreating precombines for the whole area. The game wouldn't be able to produce 60 fps otherwise. Rebuilding the precombines however would make the mod very vulnerable to mod conflicts).
