I was thinking about an automatic weapon to replace the boring & ineffective Lever-action with but then I remembered this interesting weapon... so I thought "Why not? It sorta fits."
Taking a page from cyanide4suicide's book, I replaced the Lever-action rifle with the Tanegashima Blaster and set up variations for the weapon but I didn't go so far as to replacing the individual Lever-action rifle mod drops so if a quest grants rewards that give you mod attachments for the lever-action rifle, its only use is to be sold or scrapped.
If installing mid-playthrough, chances are you may find already-existing replaced weapons looking messed up or invisible. That's normal. Either modify all its parts, sell it, or scrap it. Newly spawned replaced weapons should appear as intended.
- Replaced Lever-action rifles, hunting rifles, laser muskets, walking cane, & Pipe Bolt-action
- The Tanegashima Blaster is an energy weapon capable of semi-automatic and automatic firing
