Institute Advaned Launcher
Adds a nifbashed Institute missile launcher complete with varied ammo types.
All missiles have inbuilt targeting computer
Weapon and ammo can be crafted at the chem bench, wont be doing leveled list untill finish my mod pack.
Uses vanilla textures as usual so should work with most retextures and also works with CC/mod weaponmaterial skins
The ESP is ESL flagged.
