I've loved this power armor ever since it was released in Fallout 76, and have loved the version for Fallout 4 even more. My only critique was the damage values seemed off when compared to the other power armor mods produced by NewerMind43 and Captain-Ultima. This mod aims to fix that by bringing the Ballistic and Damage values in line with current base game power armors.
I adjusted all values by 100 points. This resulted in the Hellcat power armor being only 20 points higher than the X-01 in both ballistic and energy damage resistance. Armor upgrades follow normal increases and only give it a slightly more resistant feel without feeling overpowered compared to the other vanilla armors.
