Bunker Hill Traders are a faction... at least more of a faction than the Minutemen! oooooohhh!!!
You may need to start a new game for the outfits to appear for already existing Caravan Guards (or just use the resurrect command on them). Newly spawned Caravan Guards should work as intended.
Bunker Hill Caravan Guards wear the Stalker Outfit (Anyone using "Outfit_CaravanGuard")
ESL-flagged ESP file; so you can change where you want in your load order without it counting towards your ESP plugin limit
