- Slightly larger vault for more space to put your Stuff into it.
- Vault is part of the build area, but not the sandbox area. Settlers will not roam into it, ever. Even if you assign them to a resource inside. This prevents settlers from randomly appearing inside the vault chugging your rare poisoned wine, or whatever settler npc's do when you're gone.
- Has18 wall safes for all your junk, weapons and rare items. Although I'd place rare stuff on the shelves.
- Has a "Bridgeway Trust Security Protectron" just chilling, roaming around. Doing Robot stuff. You can kill him if you want. But he's a good boi.
- Has a small fridge to provide 20 Food resource.
- Has a vault water fountain to provide 20 Water resource. You can fill bottles with Purified water there.
- Has a switchbox for 200 Power, radiating everywhere
- Just casually has 100 Safety. Not that it would matter, because the settlement script does not allow raids.
- The settlement workbench is swapped with the mirror in the bathroom. I did not want to add a bulky workbench, so I chose a tiny model instead.
