About this mod

Have you ever wanted to be able to recognise Legendary OMODs more easily? How about PA or Robot OMODs? Now you can!

Requirements
Permissions and credits
If you are anything like me, you collect every item you can get your hands on. OMODs are the Misc items that hold the various upgrades for armor, weapons and the like. When you have a lot of these, it can be difficult to determine which is the one you want, when looking at your list in the pipboy.

This mod assists with those issues. I have created a plugin for m8r's Complex Sorter which will tag the OMOD Misc items with something other than [Mod].

There are multiple options in the plugin, any of these can be turned on or off depending on your preference.
  • Gold Legendary OMODs - tags all Legendary OMODs with a unique tag, whichis reflected as a gold mod icon
  • Separate Weapon OMODs - tags Weapon OMODs with a subicon of either a gun or a baseball bat, depending on whether the OMOD is for a ranged or melee item. OMODs that work with both will default to the ranged subicon. Includes Legendary Weapon OMODs.
  • Seperate Armor OMODs - tags Armor OMODs with a subicon of a bulletproof vest, including Legendary Armor OMODs. (Note that this will include most things that relate to ARMO items, including things like backpacks and Super Mutant armor.)
  • Separate Robot OMODs - tags Robot OMODs from Automatron with a robot head subicon.
  • Separate PA OMODs - tags Power Armor OMODs with a PA head subicon, including Legendary PA OMODs.

THIS IS NOT A PLUG-AND-PLAY MOD. You will need to install and then run Complex Sorter in order to tag the quests.

REQUIRED:

INSTALLATION:
Install using your choice of mod organiser. MO2 preferred, but will also work with Vortex. Ensure it is loaded after the original Complex Sorter installation.
There are no game plugins in this mod, so you will not see anything new in your plugins list.

After installing the mod, you will need to run (or re-run) Complex Sorter to create the tags on the mods. See the Complex Sorter mod page for further details on how to run.
