This mod is inspired by Ghoulish Perk - Dynamic Rad-HP Converter by Reveurr which is based on Ghoulish Perk Heals Radiation Damage Too by Old Nick
which is an interpretation of Truly Ghoulish by jasonmbrady (Mod-ception is a thing)

This is basically what I thought the vanilla Ghoulish perk was going to be like when I first heard about it. A perk that trades increasing amounts of health for faster regeneration.

Adds a effect to the Ghoulish perk that grants increased healing as you accumulate persistent radiation damage. Does not remove radiation at all.
Healing works in and out of combat.

Ghoulish rank 1:
1 HP per second at 1 to 25 rad damage
2 hp per second at 26 to 50 rad damage
3 hp per second at 51 to 75 rad damage
4 hp per second at 76 to 100 rad damage
5 hp per second at anything beyond 100 rad damage

Ghoulish rank 2:
2 HP per second at 1 to 25 rad damage
4 hp per second at 26 to 50 rad damage
6 hp per second at 51 to 75 rad damage
8 hp per second at 76 to 100 rad damage
10 hp per second at anything beyond 100 rad damage

Ghoulish rank 3:
5 HP per second at 1 to 25 rad damage
10 hp per second at 26 to 50 rad damage
15 hp per second at 51 to 75 rad damage
20 hp per second at 76 to 100 rad damage
25 hp per second at anything beyond 100 rad damage

You'll need to remove and then add the Ghoulish perk ranks to get the effects of this mod, at least rank 1.
