Does what the mod says and makes cars invincible for that added iMmErSiOn.

In real life when you shoot at a car they don't explode.
Even if you hit the gas tank the chances of it catching fire are extremely low.
This mod does what it says and removes the explosion so now you can use those hunks of metal for cover.
Remember, in real life cars are concealment not cover :)
If there are any bugs let me know and I will look into them.
This mod must overwrite any other mod that changes the vehicles Hp, or it just simply won't work.
