    Update v1.35
    Added frames from Contraptions
    Added frames from Nuka-World
Added recipes for the unused vanilla Brotherhood paints
Added a frame token to Overboss Colter's inventory, so you can build his frame.
Tweaked naming on several raider frames that are used only by named raiders (Boomer, Bilge, etc) so that each frame is named for the boss that uses them.
Put a half-dozen Brotherhood Paladins and Knight-Sergeants back into the frame that they're supposed to use, instead of generic Brotherhood Knight frames - this should have no ingame effect other than making them use the right frame (all frames are identical anyways). If you manage to pop one of them out of their armor, you can now collect yourself a hitherto unobtainable frame.

I've also added a separate version, it could change the Overboss fight at the end of Nuka-World to make it significantly easier, by swapping his Fusion Core to one that can be removed. While I was at it I made all of the other NPC's that have non-removable cores use regular cores except for Proctor Ingram, as she has no legs and I -really- don't want to find out what happens if you take her power armor away (plus, that sounds horrible and I don't want to think about people doing it to be cruel).

XBOX information post since Bethesda.net would not allow the post for some reason.

    Ok guys,
I am Lapdragon's partner modding so I have some information for you, and a request. First, inventory when scrapping a PA frame. The engine has some strange behaviors when scrapping in general that are coming into play here that you may not know about. When you scrap anything in workshop mode the scrap items generated do not go into your inventory, it goes into the workbench inventory. Second, you have to close out of scrap/build mode and then reopen it in order to see most things you scrapped in the workbenches inventory. That being said we need someone *(preferably someone who is familiar with using mods but anyone can do this for us) to try scrapping a PA frame, close out of workshop mode, and at this point open the workshop in INVENTORY mode like you were going to store something in the workshop container. Look to see if you see an object listed for "Power Armor Frame". If you don't then reopen workshop mode and close out of it and look at the workbench inventory again for the object. None of the team has an XBox for testing yet and we need at least one person to verify that this works in XBox like it does in PC.

Once you find the inventory object in the workbench you can transfer it to your player inventory. With it in your player inventory you can build that frame at any workbench. you can use this method to move your collection of frames to wherever you want as long as you remember to retrieve the scrap object created and place it in your player inventory. Building a new frame it will use the object from the player inventory OR from the workbench.

Hi Robert, I gave this a try. I first checked my workbench to see that no PA frames were in it. I then removed the armor from a gunner T45, a BOS T60 and a Raider II frame. When I scrapped these the program recognized the individual names of the frames.
I then went to a workbench and checked in junk and apparel and no PA frames under PA or Gunner or BOS or Raider in either section...and nothing in my personal inventory. I tried opening and closing the workshop mode about three times. For grins I fast traveled to a spot and then back and looked at the workshop again..and no joy on any of it.
To test the workshop and scrapping modes I dropped a some armor...bos fatigues and some raider leather stuff. I checked the inventory before scrapping...after scrapping the Bos uniform the 'cloth' inventory had been increased the proper amount. After scrapping the leather raider armor the 'leather' in the junk section also increased appropriately. So, the scrapping functions seem to be working correctly and putting the proper amounts into the workshop inventory.
I hope this is helpful, and if I can do anything else, please ask. I have some 200 to 300 Stolen Power frames and will probably just use them to make some nice walls...or something. But, I am interested in removing the 'steal' tag....and just fussing with them.
best regards, and thanks for helping with this,

      bud

Robert, I just tried one more thing....I scrapped a BOS T60 to see what, if anything might be added to the inventory. I first checked the amounts of Aluminum, Wood and Steel.....these didn't change at all when I scrapped the BOS frame. .... and no Power Frame appeared in the workshop. So, it doesn't look like anything is getting transferred during the 'scrap' process.

Does the frame give you a popup saying that you'd receive a "Power Armor Frame x1" when scrapping? Normally the popup should come up and say "Wood x1, Steel x1, Cloth x1, etc" - the power armor frames are supposed to scrap down to a "Power Armor Frame" junk item. I've been fighting with the fancy PC version of the mod (that supports rebuilding named frames) because it gives the popup for scrapping, but does not list an ingredient in the popup.

If not, the reason you're not finding an item in the workshop is because the frame isn't scrapping down into the component properly, and I know it's tied to whatever in 1.5 broke the PC version of the mod.

Hi Robert, unlike every other thing scrapped, this does not show the breakdown.....ie Aluminum, steel, wood...etc. This was the reason I looked at my junk inventory under those specifics to see if it was actually putting something in and not saying so.

It simply asks if you want to scrap...say yes and then the frame simply disappears with no change to the inventory in junk or apparel.
The reason I tried the three different frames...ie gunner, raider, Bos...was just to see if it might be a faction specific problem.

There are a couple of other mods that purport to be able to change the steal tag and some other things, but don't seem to work on the console, yet.

I should have mentioned that I tried this with all other mods disabled so that there might not be any potential interference from any other mods.

This mod doesn't scrap your frames down into the normal "junk" (steel, rubber, etc) like most other things do - I made a custom item specifically called "Power Armor Frame" that you would get from scrapping a frame, and that item is the only ingredient needed for rebuilding a frame afterwards.

Before FO4 v1.5, the recipe scrapped properly every time (and in Robert's game, still does), but in my game it's hit or miss whether or not you get the frame component. I've tried a half-dozen different things trying to get it to scrap properly again, all that no avail.

FYI this is not just a problem with frames. I get that with any structure built that wasn't in the vanilla, like the things from the homemaker mod. None of them gives any scrap back.

I use the DLC plugin without named frames support. Works fine for me still. Really nice being able to move them from the workshop menu.

Why would it be dead? I don't check in every day like I used to when FO4 was new, but I'm still around.

I mean the mod can be dead even if you're still here talking to people. I think the concern is that people have wanted and asked for changes and fixes, that are actually reasonable, and the mod hasn't been updated since 2016. So are these changes or fixes coming anytime soon?
Not saying you are obligated to do anything, but then the mod might as well be dead. Working, but dead.

1st, don't install a mod save, then remove mod and then load up that save. Modding 101, if you ARE going to remove a mod you're testing out, you must load a save from BEFORE you installed the mod otherwise it'll clutter and might ruin your save file. Too much of this and the save file will become corrupt and you can't play on it anymore.
Now, if you did load an earlier save file from before you installed the mod, idk what to tell you... only thing I can think of is that there was residual data left in the cache and when you loaded up the game again the data stayed. Not sure how that works mechanically or digitally...

But for the main issue where you can't craft it. You need to first loot a power armor frame from a dead enemy, like a BoS Knight or raider, THEN you'll be able to build it.

    Привет!
Для уточнения на установки в ручную, нужно поместить в папку data только один файл и включить в игре моды или нужно все файлы что храниться в архиве?  Я скачал Buildable Power Armor Frames AIO v1.35
    За ранее спасибо!

There is a large number of settlements that do not have this minutemen artillery submenu
    Mechanist Lair
    Home Plate
    Boston Airport
all 4 settlements in Far Harbor
    Vault 88
    Nuka World

Would it be possible to move the buildable frame out of this artillery submenu and into a more reasonable place? Beyond not being able to build an armor frame, if you try to "Store" an existing frame in the workshop at any of these settlements you effectively lose that frame forever since there's no way to rebuild it.

I have a weird PA bug so I'm going around my PA modlist to see what's causing it.

Any time an NPC exits Power Armor, my game CTDs.

If you have Classic Holstered Weapons System with one of the power armor overhauls that makes them stronger (don't remember which off the top of my head) it can cause that issue.
