Changes the modifications to the combat shotgun in game. I did this via the creation kit for Fallout 4.
To change/modify other parts in other weapons or on the combat shotgun, you can follow these steps. On the Fallout 4 Creation kit go to the sub folder Object Mod: Items/ Object Mod/ mod_CombatShotgun_Receiver ## For semi automatic receivers mod_CombatShotgun_CombatShotgunReceiver_Auto ## For fully automatic receivers filter by editor id
To modify the semi automatic speed copy the fattackDelaySec property modifier from the FastTrigger Receiver copy and paste that into the other semi automatic receivers.
NOTE: the larger the NEGATIVE value is, the shorter the delay in between shots should be, I'm assuming that a negative value of -1.00 would make it so that the weapon doesn't have any delay
To modify fully automatic weapons, change the minimum value of the fspeed property modifier to a larger number to make it faster, if you want it to be slower, make it negative
