So sad that the Midwest chapter of the Brotherhood was wiped out...
You may need to start a new game for the the power armor to appear for already existing PA-wearing Gunners. Newly spawned PA Gunners should work as intended.

- Midwestern Power Armor replaces the PA Gunners usually appear in
- Black Knight & Military skins will appear
- The Gunners' Midwestern PA feature extra durability
- ESL-flagged ESP file; so you can change where you want in your load order without it counting towards your ESP plugin limit
