Darkout V0.3

I have decided to change this mod's name to "Darkout" (previously Darkmeat) due to the fact that more related endeavors have come to dark fruition. I have not slept, so I'll keep this short and sweet for now. Just wanted to drop this early version for feedback and teasing. Master likes teasing...

Features
  • Dark version of Dogmeat (previously, Darkmeat)
  • Darkened Pip-Boy (beta)
  • Pip-Boy screen roughed up a bit (beta)

Future Plans
  • Darkened versions of various weapons and apparel
  • More work on Dogmeat (particle effects, ominous barks, behavior)
  • Non-themed texture enhancements (various textures as I go along)
  • Dark themed side-quests  and factions
  • New items

Notes
I have my graphics settings at a humble level, although I have textures set to Ultra and I'm running a custom ReShade setup. Your visual mileage may vary. If you run into glaring issues, please let me know your quality settings and if you're using ReShade, etc.

Installation
You know the drill if you installed any manual mods, installation follows the same procedure of dropping mod content into your Fallout 4 data folder. For those new to this concept, here's a drill down:

1. Find your Fallout 4 install directory
2. Find the "Data" folder in there
3. Drop the "Textures" folder from this mod in there
1. Find your Fallout 4 game info directory, usually located somewhere like "C:\Users\YOUR_USERNAME\Documents\My Games\Fallout4"
5. Open up the "Fallout4.ini" file, and search for the entry "sResourceDataDirsFinal" under [Archive]
6. Add "TEXTURES\" (without quotes of course) to the end of the entry; it should read something like "sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\, TEXTURES\"
7. Because Fallout 4 likes to change things in your INI files sometimes, go the safe route and make the file read-only (remember to toggle this with
future edits)
8. Dark the hell out
